| Argiano
is a beautiful 13th century stone hamlet located on a hill top of
a privately owned estate of more than 260 acres, consisting of vineyards,
olive groves and woodland. Just 15 minutes from Siena in the Chianti
hills. Argiano has been lovingly restored by its proud owners and is a development of enormous peace and charm with a beautiful pool, manicured lawns with lavender, oleanders and roses. The courtyards are filled with lemon trees and flower filled pots and there is privacy for every guest. Just 1 km is "Pianella", which has all facilities for every day needs as well as a much visited local trattoria. Argiano is a truly wonderful base to visit San Gimignano, Montalcino, Assisi and Florence, which are all within striking distance. |
